Greg Terra has been in private practice as a criminal defense attorney since 2005, before which he was an Assistant County Attorney with the office of the Williamson County Attorney in Georgetown.  As a prosecutor, he handled literally hundreds of criminal cases, including DWI/DUI, drug possession, theft, and assault, and many of his cases went to trial where he earned a successful trial record.  Since entering private practice, he has represented clients in hundreds of criminal cases, over 35% of which have been either dismissed or reduced to a lesser charge.  

Before attending law school in Virginia, Greg served as an active-duty U.S. Army engineer officer and was stationed in Virginia, Korea, Hawaii, and Missouri; before earning the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve in Texas.  Greg lives in Round Rock with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys politics, running, backpacking, travel, snow skiing, hunting, and spending time with his family.  Greg and his family attend White Stone Family Bible Church in Round Rock.
